Do you or a Loved One Need Help Today…

Not Ready To Take The Next Steps?

We understand it’s a tough situation and not something easy to decide so take some time to learn a bit about our process and how the program works so you know exactly how everything happens for when the time comes. We bring up-to-date knowledge on the most current research with an emphasis on the vital, basic building blocks in each of us necessary for the body, mind, and spirit to all work together as one. Upon admission, our clients receive a full psychiatric assessment to determine if any underlying psychiatric disorders may be complicating their ability to achieve and maintain sobriety.

4th Dimension Recovery Center’s medical team utilizes a holistic approach in treatment that both complements and builds on the unique needs of the individual.

Our Approach

When clients first come to 4th Dimension, they spend time in our Day Treatment program.  In Day Treatment, we offer a medically supervised program that provides comprehensive clinical treatments with intensive therapy to those suffering from substance abuse.

Our clients spend about 30 days in therapy groups which meet several times a day.  This provides structured and focused treatment all day and then clients return to the sober living facility at night.  Not only does this give clients a safe and ordered environment in which they can deal with many underlying issues, but it also gives them an adequate amount of time to readjust before reintegrating into regular, day-to-day life.  By providing intensive group and individual therapy, many clients are often more successful in avoiding relapse at a time when they are most vulnerable to cravings.

At 4th Dimension we value each step in the process towards recovery.  Day Treatment plays a critical part in the rehab process, slowly stepping patients from full-time residential treatment to carefully monitored and therapeutically intensive daytime care.  As patients progress through all the levels of treatment they are more prepared to successfully navigate life after treatment.

Admissions Process

The first step of the process is to make the call. You will be connected to a caring professional who works on-site. He or she will go over some basic information as well as some questions about your substance abuse history to figure out what led you to seek professional treatment help.

  1. A counselor will speak to you in order to provide a pre-screening.

  2. Insurance and payment options will be discussed.

  3. A list of permitted items will be discussed over the phone.

  4. An admission date will be set. Same day admission may be possible depending on where you live.

3 Month Program

Morning Hours:

Morning Meditation: Every morning residents are asked to participate in a non-denominational, non-religious, practice of group mediation and contemplation. Our mediation is based on the Upon Awakening, which is found on page 86 of the book Alcoholic Anonymous.

Big Book Study: On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday residents participate in a daily, in-house, Big Book study. 4th Dimension is firmly rooted in the 12-steps of recovery; thus, reading, studying, and experiencing the Big Book is essential to achieving life-long sobriety.

Monthly Review: On Tuesday and Thursday every resident experiences an exercise of communal accountability. During this time each resident expresses their commitment to helping his, or her, fellow resident attain high levels of excellence. This process fosters a special bond with each resident, the 4thDimension community, and a person’s Higher Power. This process expressess action and love, and is not for people interested in “half measures” or “middle of the road solutions”. It’s a no holds barred approach commual accountability, personal growth, and spiritual connectedness.
