What To Bring
Two suitcases and one backpack MAXIMUM
Your insurance card and any insurance paperwork.
A valid drivers license, passport, or state issued ID.
Any current prescriptions or medications.
A notebook or journal.
A set of clothes for warm weather as well as cold weather.
Enough comfortable wash and wear clothing of 5-7 days.
Sweaters/sweatshirt for the fall and winter seasons
Summer wear: Shorts, T-shirts light jacket
One or two “dressy” items
Exercise clothing, exercise shoes, extra towel for pool/gym small hand towel for the gym
Comfortable shoes. you may want to include sandal types for summer or warm slippers for winter.
A list of names, addresses, and phone numbers of people who are family or involved in your recovery (loved ones, health care professionals, 12 step sponsors, etc.).
Toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, lotions, hair products, deodorant, etc
