What To Bring

  • Two suitcases and one backpack MAXIMUM

  • Your insurance card and any insurance paperwork.

  • A valid drivers license, passport, or state issued ID.

  • Any current prescriptions or medications.

  • A notebook or journal.

  • A set of clothes for warm weather as well as cold weather.

    • Enough comfortable wash and wear clothing of 5-7 days.

    • Sweaters/sweatshirt for the fall and winter seasons

    • Summer wear: Shorts, T-shirts light jacket

    • One or two “dressy” items

    • Exercise clothing, exercise shoes, extra towel for pool/gym small hand towel for the gym

    • Comfortable shoes. you may want to include sandal types for summer or warm slippers for winter.

    • Appropriate sleepwear.

  • A list of names, addresses, and phone numbers of people who are family or involved in your recovery (loved ones, health care professionals, 12 step sponsors, etc.).

  • Toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, lotions, hair products, deodorant, etc
